1. Respect Our Home
Treat our villa and belongings with care and respect. You break it, you replace it.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Please respect these times to allow for proper cleaning.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times.
4. Maximum Occupancy is 4 and No Overnight Visitors
5. No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. Keep It Clean
Please keep the villa clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the bins provided.
7. Care for the Property
Use appliances and amenities responsibly. Report any issues immediately.
8. Safety First
Turn off lights, fans, ACs when leaving the villa.
Ensure all doors and main gate are locked.
9. No Pets
Pets are not allowed in the villa. Thank you for understanding.
